OMRA Racing Classes

 

OMRA classes are designated by engine size and type of ignition system used.

 

They are as follows

 

Z              0 - 2.10cc            (0.129 cu in)     Non spark ignition

(Z class is further sub-divided into “Standard” and “Modified” - see Rule Book)

 

AA           0 - 3.50cc            (0.21 cu in)        Non spark ignition

 

A            3.51 - 7.50cc       (0.46 cu in)        Non spark ignition

 

B            7.51 - 11.0cc       (0.67 cu in)        Non spark ignition

 

C            11.01 - 50cc        (3.05 cu in)        Non spark ignition

 

D            0 - 50cc              (3.05cu in)         Spark ignition only

 

 Any mix of fuel is allowed in glow classes however, spark ignition class must use 'pump' petrol
