Message from the Treasurer about Insurance
There was a query raised at the AGM regarding rescue boats I have looked into the matter with the Insurance Company. OMRA is covered under their Section 4a Public/Products Liability, sub heading Rescue
Boats..it states as follows - “Cover extends to include liability arising out of the ownership or use of rowing boats and/or small dinghies powered by outboard motors used for rescue purposes on UK inland or coastal waters”.
